Campbell Mill

The historic Campbell Mill is the tallest structure in Utica and was used to store, grind, and mix grain for local farmers.

Long time residents often stop by and share memories of visiting Campbell Mill with their dads and grandads. We have converted the mill into upscale guest quarters while retaining many of its historical vestiges. From the back deck, guests enjoy views of the lawn, pond, waterfall, and 10ft water wheel. The upper floors of the mill feature 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and great room with kitchenette/bar
